I have used Cars of America for many years, several cars. They have never disappointed. Fair pricing and prompt service. For an oil change, maintenance, or tires, would not take our cars anywhere else.

These folks are the best. Trustworthy, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, the highest quality work, fast and accommodating. What more could you want when you need auto service? I've taken various cars in over the years and I've never been disappointed. They have the best reputation and they've earned it. Thanks for consistently great service!

I had a great experience here. Working full time, it is hard to find the time to drop off my car, particularly when CARS is not open on the weekends. However, they provided me with a loaner car so that I could drop my car off in the morning and pick it up after work. When I came back to pick up my car, all the repairs were done, my car was test-driven and it was also washed. They have a great referral program and every 5th oil change is free. Definitely recommend.

I took my car to do diagnostics and they did it and the service engine light that was on did not come anymore. So they mentioned they won't charge now but if it comes again I can bring it anytime.they also gave me a loaner vehicle during that time. I would recommend cars of America. Excellent customer service keeping you updated on the progress.

i went in because i had low coolant. they quickly identified that I had a leak and it needed fixed asap. they completed the diagnostic work before i realized I had an extended warranty still on my car and therefore needed to take it to a dealership for the work instead. they refilled my coolant and didn't charge me the cost of the work they already did because they said "it wouldn't be fair" (even though it was 100% my fault for not knowing about my own warranty and they had every right to charge me). the staff is nothing but helpful and explained to me exactly what was wrong and provided me with the number for roadside assistance in case my car broke down before i could get it into the dealer (which ended up happening). i plan to continue to go here for all future car needs

The owner and management team at CARS of America really treated me like an old friend last week when I brought my 2008 Jeep in for a checkup and evaluation on my older vehicle. Safety and good value sense seemed to be on all their minds as although the news of a lot of work to be done as not what I wanted to hear my trust their input and genorosity with the loaner vehicle that I had made me a future customer

The repairs on my car were completed and on time and I had no issues. Everyone at the Glenview location was courteous and professional.

I've been a customer for years and I continue to return because CoA gives me every reason to return and no reason to try a competitor. it is not just the that the work is completed right the first time, it's how I'm treated by the service staff. Danae is terrific. She knows a ton about cars and understands how to speak to customers who are not "car savvy." She is terrific! I felt comfortable working with her and she gave me some very helpful advice regarding my Town and Country (on my past visit) that was not related to the service. Both Danae and her partner in the office Ken, have a way of talking to their customers that make the customer feel as though they are getting good, honest advice on the maintenance needed. Bob DuPre (owner) seems to always hire the right people for his shop which is why I keep returning.
