You get what you pay for. For the promptness and quality work, this is an excellent shop. Really not sure what someone did to make reviewer Bill J. so angry with this business. Bill appears to have a vested interest, in my opinion, as he discusses the owner Bob who is not involved in day to day front office operation and wouldn't have been involved in the repair of Bill's car. How would Bill know him? I know Bob as my father used Cars for service in the 70's. I have used Cars and have known Brian since he was just out of high school. Bills experience is like a different world as compared to mine. Lastly, I don't understand Bills review as he stated the repairs were costly and Brian took his money, then he had another shop repeat the repair?
