The 2017 GM Chevy Bolt EV's price tag is $37,495, before incentives and tax credits, and has an advertised range of 238 miles. In 1971, GM created, produced and supplied a Electric-powered Lunar Rover for the first manned rocket to the moon. It cost $38M to create and build. Range was 57 miles. Would you call that progress or economy of scale?
